We first laid eyes on each other at a French class we were both taking while studying abroad in Leuven, Belgium. We started dating a few months later, right before Rossella had to move back to Italy; despite the distance, however, we stayed committed to our relationship and did our best to make it work. After three long years following each other around Europe, we finally moved in together in Leiden, Netherlands. One year later, during a hot October day at the beach, Alex proposed to a very scruffy Rossella who was all too happy to say yes!

Flying from Europe: Many options to fly to Bologna (BLQ) Airport
Flying from Abroad: Lots of international flights to Milan (MLP) Aiport.
Once in Italy: Trains from all major cities pass through Modena Centrale.
The ceremony will take place at the Comune di Modena, which is located in the main square (Piazza Grande) right in front of the cathedral. For this reason, we recommend booking your accommodation close to the city center.
Please keep in mind that cars are not allowed in the old town (Zona Traffico Limitato).
